From table order to kitchen screen in real time

Multi-outlet hotel POS: touch-friendly billing for restaurants, bars and spas, realtime Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) on a WebSocket-powered kitchen display (KDS), split payments and direct room-folio posting.

A hotel restaurant cannot wait for a sync job. Flocci's POS covers multiple outlets — restaurant, bar, spa, gym — with a touch-friendly terminal, modifiers and split payments. Orders raise Kitchen Order Tickets that appear instantly on the kitchen display via WebSockets, and any bill can be posted straight to an occupied room's folio.

What is the difference between KOT and KDS?

A KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) is the order slip the kitchen works from; a KDS (Kitchen Display System) is the realtime screen that replaces paper tickets. Flocci generates KOTs at the POS and pushes them live to the KDS over WebSockets.

Can one hotel run multiple POS outlets?

Yes — restaurants, bars, spas and gyms each run as separate outlets with their own menus and billing, all writing to the same property database and the same guest folios.

How does room service billing work?

The cashier sets the order type to room service, the kitchen gets the KOT instantly, and on 'Post to Room' the system verifies the room is occupied and adds the order total to the guest folio as an F&B charge.
