Can the front desk post restaurant bills to a guest's room?

What happens at guest checkout?
The folio is audited to a zero balance, outstanding payment is recorded (cash, card or UPI), the system generates a GST-compliant invoice PDF, sets the room to DIRTY and automatically assigns a housekeeping task.
