What is a hotel PMS (Property Management System)?
A hotel PMS is the software that runs a property's daily operations: reservations, check-ins and check-outs, room status, guest folios and billing. Modern cloud PMSs like Flocci Hotels ERP extend this into a full ERP — adding housekeeping, restaurant POS, payroll and finance on one shared database.
