What room status codes does hotel housekeeping software use?
Flocci uses five: AVAILABLE (sellable), DIRTY (needs cleaning after checkout), CLEAN (cleaned, awaiting inspection), INSPECTED (supervisor-approved and sellable), and OUT_OF_ORDER (blocked for maintenance). Check-in only offers inspected rooms.
How do cleaning tasks get assigned?
Checkout automatically sets the room to DIRTY and creates a cleaning task. Staff see it on their mobile task list, complete the checklist, and a supervisor inspects before the room returns to the sellable pool.
Does it track lost and found items?
Yes — a lost & found vault logs each item with where it was found, guest contact references, and a 30-day retention countdown so nothing sits unresolved.
